Describe the MEMS and Smart sensors with advantages, disadvantages and applications.Understand the concept of final control elements in various applications.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: I.Supply tank ,II.  Pressure indicating scale ,III.  Pump , IV.                        Control valve , V. Rotameter , VI.  Ultrasonic sensor pair.
